We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Buyer to join our team in Qatar. As an Automotive Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing vehicles for our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have a diverse and high-quality selection of vehicles to meet the demands of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential vehicles for purchase, taking into consideration factors such as market demand, price, and quality.
2. Negotiate with vehicle sellers to obtain the best possible price and terms.
3. Coordinate and attend vehicle inspections to ensure that vehicles meet our quality standards.
4. Manage the purchasing process, including obtaining necessary documentation, completing paperwork, and coordinating delivery.
5. Maintain accurate records of all vehicle purchases, including purchase price, seller information, and vehicle specifications.
6. Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to inform purchasing decisions.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to understand customer preferences and market demand.
8. Build and maintain relationships with vehicle sellers and suppliers to ensure a reliable and diverse supply of vehicles.
9. Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the purchasing process.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Buyer or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle pricing, market trends, and industry regulations.
3. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to obtain the best possible price and terms.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough vehicle inspections.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vehicle sellers and suppliers.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficient in using computer software and systems related to automotive purchasing.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
9. Valid driver's license.
10. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

• Evaluator and estimator for multi car brands
