Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients and markets Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and distributors. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials in multiple languages. Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with clients. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management. Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and expand the network. Assist in the development and implementation of sales and business development strategies. Requirements:Fluency in written and spoken is essential. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Ability to understand and adapt to different business practices and cultural norms. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong analytical and research skills to identify market trends and opportunities. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in international sales, business development, or a related role is highly desirable.
