Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels. The Hotel Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract new business and achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
Revenue Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against the budget, making necessary adjustments to achieve financial goals.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
- Implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Provide input on marketing collateral, advertising materials, and online presence to enhance the hotel's visibility.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure the successful execution of conferences, meetings, weddings, and other special events.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry in the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant sales software.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
- Qatar Driving license.
