We are seeking an experienced Lawyer with a background in real estate, litigation, and corporate law to join our legal team. As a Lawyer in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal expertise and representation in matters related to real estate transactions, litigation cases, and corporate affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and guidance on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and contracts.
• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and title searches to identify potential legal issues and assess risks.
• Serve as a lead attorney in complex litigation matters, including disputes, claims, and lawsuits.
• Represent the organization in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Collaborate with external counsel and manage relationships with legal service providers.
• Provide legal guidance and support on corporate governance matters, including drafting and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, conducting due diligence and advising on legal implications.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Advise on corporate structuring, corporate governance best practices, and legal risks associated with business decisions.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, including management, departments, and teams, on legal matters related to real estate, litigation, and corporate affairs.
• Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with transactions, litigation cases, and corporate operations.
• Ensure legal compliance across the organization and advise on legal implications of business decisions.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions, litigation cases, and corporate matters.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and handle contract disputes, if any.
