Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are delighted to announce that our clients, a leading US Based Co-investment Company (with a successful history and track record) is looking for a young, dynamic, forward thinking
Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Lebanon , that will help the partners and sales team build a solid client base in Europe and the Middle East.
The SDR will play an important and vital role:
1. Focused on outbound prospecting to identify qualified leads, nurture them into the sales funnel and hand them over to the sales manager/partner to close the deal.
2. Perform thorough research. Build a database of Wealth Managers, SFOs and MFOs (Multi-Family Offices), Investment Advisors, Private Banks, etc.
3. Uncover all the relevant information about prospects to:
a) Determine if they’re qualified leads and
b) Personalize communications
4. Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
5. Organize or Sponsor events and speaking engagements; Road shows
6. Manage the team’s Linked-In Sales Navigator Strategy
7. Keep the Partners and Sales Manager busy meeting with qualified leads

Profile:
 A “gritty” mindset with the ability to multitask.
 Excellent communication and Active listening skills.
 Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
 Team spirit, positive attitude and ethos.
 Empathy and self-awareness.
 A flair for creativity.
 Experienced with Prospecting tools, Outreach Software, CRM, Social Media & MS Office
 Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
 Teamwork, time management & follow up
