Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles and be proficient in handling secretarial tasks. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our school office and ensuring efficient communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to school administrators and staff
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Maintain accurate records and databases
Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with basic accounting and budgeting tasks
Perform general secretarial duties, such as typing, filing, and photocopying
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
3-5 of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
