We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients' conditions and implementing appropriate nursing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any significant changes
- Assisting in diagnostic tests and analyzing the results
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
- Documenting patients' medical histories and progress
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions and preventive measures
- Adhering to all healthcare protocols and guidelines
Preferred Candidate:
- Valid nursing license in Kuwait
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Nurse
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
