  • Duties and responsibilities:
  • Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Switches, Subnets, Routers, VLANs, DNS, Network Shares, Network Storage, File/Print services, Directory Services, etc. is preferred.
  • Collaborate on coordinating and implementing timely system updates across the IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in the administration of the Microsoft System Center family, providing support for centralized infrastructure management.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  • Deploy new user hardware, OS upgrade, SW updates & troubleshooting end user issues day-to-day issues.
  • Respond to client issues, applications, and hardware, and take corrective actions 
  • Collaborate on ensuring the availability, performance, and security of on-premises servers.
  • Collaborate on the implementation and support of workflow automation solutions, particularly utilizing Microsoft PowerApps. 
  • Diagnose (hardware, software, printing solutions, peripherals, &network) to conclude the optimal way to resolve issues.
  • Perform desktop application installations, upgrades, and other support and maintenance activities. 
  • Provision storage solutions, maintain backup jobs to develop backup policies and data recovery procedures to ensure save guarding of data as well as integrity & privacy
  • Odoo Technical Support 
  • E-Invoice and E-Receipt Support 
  •  General IT Support 

QualificationsEducation: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science. Work Experience • From 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Function. • Expert in Odoo Technical support is a must • Expert in E-invoice and E-ReceiptTechnical Skills • Having (MCSA & CCNA) Certificate is a plus. • BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
