-Efficiently and effectively collect outstanding payments from customers.
Identify and propose solutions to financial problems and determine reasons for payment delays.
-Maintain accurate records of all payments and regularly communicate with the finance management.
-Previous experience as a financial collector preferred but not required.- Valid driver's license.-Ability to interact with customers effectively and resolve disputes professionally.- Good communication skills in English.
