Responsible for 

  • troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues (Windows, Office, browsers, Printers, utilities, Cameras, POS, Fingerprint etc.).
  • providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
  • Maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responsible for installation & configuration of a company’s hardware operating systems and applications.
  • maintening and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar roleHands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environmentsGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issuesFamiliarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbalBS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fieldUnderstanding of virtualization technology.CCNA certification is a preferred.3 years’ experience
