- Use computer-aided design software to create 2D technical drawings for electric, power, low current, HVAC, pluming, medical gases, fire, others.
- Make changes to technical drafts based on the recommendations of the project engineers and architects.
- Calculate dimensions and material requirements.
- Outline the construction process of the project on the technical drawings.
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems.
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations on CAD.
- Calculate requirements on CAD.
- Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with regulations & codes.
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Any Degree from a technical college or institute also acceptable.Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) (5 years minimum), revit.Ability to work well in a team and on your own.Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude. Have good knowledge of drawing they draft for.Have the ability to learn.Attention to detail.
