• We are excited to offer a full-time, in-office position for a dynamic Recruiter at our Cairo office.
• This role is pivotal in enhancing our talent acquisition efforts by identifying and engaging top candidates for our open positions.
• The Recruiter will focus on proactive sourcing of candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
• You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential candidates, presenting them with opportunities at our company, and facilitating connections with our People and Culture Specialist who will conduct the interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Prospecting: Employ advanced search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms to identify candidates ideally suited for our roles.
• Outreach and Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates with messages that reflect our company’s values and the specifics of each role.
• Link Facilitation: Provide necessary links and information to candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless transition into our hiring process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the hiring team to understand the needs and requirements of each role, ensuring a focused approach to candidate sourcing.

• Proven Experience in Recruiting: Demonstrable skill in sourcing and engaging candidates through various online platforms, with a sharp eye for suitability for specific roles.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, essential for interacting effectively with potential candidates.
• Organizational Abilities: Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple sourcing channels and communications efficiently.
• Technological Proficiency: Skilled at navigating job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to maximize recruitment efforts.
