Oil and Lubricants Sales Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Oil and Lubricants Sales Engineer. The successful candidate must have a strong background in the field, extensive knowledge of the market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A car is a mandatory requirement for this role, as it involves extensive movement within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and build relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers to expand the customer base.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  3. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to direct manager.
  4. Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet customer demands and operational objectives.
  5. Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients and partners to drive revenue growth.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.3-5 years of experience in oil and lubricants sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of the oil and lubricants market, industry trends, and competitors.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Proficient in using CRM and sales management software.A valid driver's license and a car is a must.
