The sales Supervisor will be managing the performance and maintenance of the activities for Dipp across all podiums.
- He will be responsible for assisting the Line Manager in supervising the Sales Team
- Meeting his own targets and the team targets.
- Assist in the smooth running of the sections and its teams.
- Contribute to the training and development of the sales staff.
- Achieve maximum profitability and growth for Dipp.
- Supervise the general activities of the Sales Team or a particular section of it, as directed.
- Assist Line Manager in recruitment of team members, subject to agreed criteria.
- Assist Line Manager to train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met.
- Creating monthly reports (content and format as agreed) to the Line Manager.
- Assist the Line Manager to maintain contact with client/customers for feedback and to obtain client/customer satisfaction.
- Direct the team members in commitment, sales activities, work ethics and habits and personal character.
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
- Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization and its suppliers and clients/customers.
- Will be a part of special projects occasionally as it’s reasonably required of the job role.
- Responsible for the allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with the Line Manager. Contribute towards the smooth running of the organization generally.
2-4 years of sales experience.Bachelor's Degree.Good English.Active listener.Excellent communication skills.Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual.Ability to follow up.
