- Managing all export shipments
- Dealing with shippers / consignees requirements
- Dealing with truckers and customs clearance brokers
- Dealing with agents worldwide
- Handling invoices with accounting department
- Good relation with shipping Lines
- Assist to obtain all required export licenses for all processes.
- Determine method of shipment, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Issue daily , weekly , monthly report to logistics manager .
Excellent computer skillsVery good command of English both writing and speaking.A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field.Good communication and negotiation skills Experience in transportation (export) and customs expertise
