Handle contracting with hotels & Nile Cruises
Handle arrangements for flight & Train Tickets, transportation, accommodations, Day tours, activities & Excursions
Handling issuing vouchers.
Prepare commercial invoices for the client and the accounting. Dealing with customer queries, and complaints, and making alternative arrangements for customers.
From 3 to 8 years of Experience in Inbound tourism.Excellent command of (English) language, any extra language will be an advantage.BA/BS degree or equivalent.Strong basic computer skills.Willing to start immediately.Good user of Microsoft Office suite especially Outlook and Excel
