We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our office operations.
The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with excellent communication skills, capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as an associate's or bachelor’s degree, is a plus.
- 1+ years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Basic bookkeeping skills (a plus).
