Job Description
Maintenance planner ensures that the plant assets are performing and well maintained . This is done by developing maintenance strategies, as well as scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the maintenance of all plant equipment.
Essential function and responsibilities:
Work with maintenance supervisors to incorporate lessons learned to improve EHS aspect, efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance process.
Coaching a team of multidisciplinary engineers on maintenance management
Maintenance activity reports prepare including KPI, expenses & annual budget follow-up.
Predictive maintenance activity implementation & follow-up
Monitor the technical performance of the CMMS software / Functional administrator
Make any necessary adjustments to ensure that best-in- class standardized usage practices are followed.
Job organizing, arranging, preparing and scheduling.
Creates, provides and correct, complete work packs, including (Sourcing team support)
The Planner will log all means required for the job execution (Job plan prepare)
Technical support the warehouse team on stock management
Evaluate equipment and maintenance costs to minimize facility expenses
Qualifications
Recognized University Diploma in engineering (Mechanical, electrical or I&C)
Strong communication,
organizational and problem-solving skills
strong understanding of maintenance and engineering concepts.
Ability to work per priority, dealing with complexity and result driven.
