Job Description
- Coordinate activities related to Crew & Site Operations.
- Implements and administers company policies and procedures as delegated by management.
- Liaise and maintain effective relationships with local government departments, regulatory bodies, and authorities to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and policies to ensure that the company remains compliant with all local rules and regulations.
- Handle documentation, permits, and approvals necessary for smooth business operations.
- Responsible for taking the crew to the nearest hospital for Medical & Accident cases.
- Reports all safety-related incidents within the area of responsibilities and participates in incident investigations as assigned.
- Performs typical responsibilities of a supervisor requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and coaching field crew.
- Supervisory responsibilities, including but not limited to tracking attendance (Timesheets), time off requests, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, termination.
- Coordinate with our Visa partner and ensure that he gets paid genuine invoices he places.
- Coordinate for all documentation requirements for Algeria Visas (Residential and Tourist/Express) including BUT NOT limited to Visa medicals.
- Maintain all Crew exit entry and records of their visas and keep all stakeholders posted of details.
- Maintain a visa, local tpt and Hotel spent tracker – exclusive for Visa crew.
- Coordinate wherever required on hotels for crew to stay till the Residential visa gets issued.
