About Our Search

We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our client, a global leader in digital content creation and branded collaborations. This role will be a key driver in expanding opportunities for branded operations in their Originals division.


What are we looking for?

  • Proficiency in English and/or French (fluency in both is a strong advantage).
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for crafting compelling outreach messages.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking software is a plus.
  • Passion for digital content, creators, and branded collaborations.


What will you do?

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to define and grow a pool of potential clients for branded operations in a highly creative environment.
  • Market Research & Client Identification
  • Develop and refine a list of potential clients and partners aligned with branded operations goals.
  • Conduct research to qualify leads based on industry trends, brand synergies, and partnership potential.
  • Outreach & Lead Generation
  • Initiate high-volume outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, or other platforms) to engage with prospective clients.
  • Personalize communications to capture the interest of potential partners.
  • Track and manage responses, ensuring timely follow-ups to nurture relationships.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and progress using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates and insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Client Relationship Building
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential partners, building trust and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
