We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our client, a global leader in digital content creation and branded collaborations. This role will be a key driver in expanding opportunities for branded operations in their Originals division.
What are we looking for?
- Proficiency in English and/or French (fluency in both is a strong advantage).
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for crafting compelling outreach messages.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking software is a plus.
- Passion for digital content, creators, and branded collaborations.
What will you do?

- Market Research & Client Identification
- Develop and refine a list of potential clients and partners aligned with branded operations goals.
- Conduct research to qualify leads based on industry trends, brand synergies, and partnership potential.
- Outreach & Lead Generation
- Initiate high-volume outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, or other platforms) to engage with prospective clients.
- Personalize communications to capture the interest of potential partners.
- Track and manage responses, ensuring timely follow-ups to nurture relationships.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and progress using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates and insights to optimize future strategies.
- Client Relationship Building
- Act as the first point of contact for potential partners, building trust and enthusiasm.
- Ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
