P2P Accountant - Algeria

Danone MENA is looking for a talented P2P accountant based in Akbou, Algeria, like you!
As a P2P Accountant you will be responsible for These supplier management, purchase order processing, invoice verification, accounts payable, financial controls and reporting. Your attention to détail and Financial acumen contribute to the smooth running of the P2P process within the organization.

The candidate will also have the following responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities :

• Ensure accounting monitoring of supplier invoices (foreign & local)
• Receipt, scan verification of supplier invoices
• Processing of approach costs relating to ELN & EDP imports
• Processing of expense reports
• Ensure Reconciliation and lettering of third-party accounts
• Ensure the control and monitoring of the various accounting accounts of the Accounts Payable Services
• Monitor and implement action plans for backlogs
• Ensure the archiving of ELN & EDP files

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have :

Qualifications and Skills :

• bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position

• Ability to control and report on one's work
• Mastery of computers
• Ability to control and report on one's work

Location:

Akbou, Algeria

Languagesrequired:

Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
