Cash Product Sales Manager - Treasury & Trade Solutions

Key responsibilities:


  • Lead complex deals end-to-end including client pitches for North Africa and Levant (NAL) region and Middle East and Africa (MEA) RFP responses with NAL countries in scope.
  • Own NAL sales knowledge and become the go to person for the markets in scope
  • Actively participate in sales campaigns and represent sub-cluster NAL in such sales initiatives.
  • Actively feedback and share new developments within the market and the competitive environment to Product Management.
  • Meet all sales management goals tied to pipeline management (CRM), Deal Review and Implementation Project Kick-Offs.
  • Work with implementation and account managers to ensure deals closed are handed over from Sales efficiently.
  • Attend regular team and sales management meetings to report on performance and raise personal and team profile.
  • Attend industry conferences representing the bank, meeting clients, gaining market insight.

Qualifications/ experience:


  • Years of experience: Minimum 3– 5 years in a similar role.
  • Significant financial services experience.
  • Strong cash management product knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in driving thought leadership with senior clients and collaborating internally.
  • Ability to operate to strict deadlines/timeframes.
  • Develop & maintain distance relationships with colleagues and internal clients.

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree
