As an IT Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. This position offers a blend of technical responsibilities, user support, and collaboration with IT professionals to maintain and improve our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures, including antivirus software and firewalls.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

Skills
