Today, we are looking for a Business Unit Lead to join our team in Algeria.

This role is based in Constantine.

Your ‘day To Day’

• Ensure a comprehensive knowledge, understanding of the assigned territory in order to deploy the right plan.
• Participate in the strategy set-up for the assigned territory and for the region to support the global business objectives.
• Plan and monitor a distribution target within the assigned territory in line with the management to improve distribution level for existing & new brands, taking into consideration the territory profile.
• Follow up with external stakeholders on agreed market surveys and ensure quality of data by implementing comprehensive briefs and field coaching.
• Drive the coaching process at front line level and ensure that digital and field sessions are properly implemented.
• Manage and review the implementation initiatives and ensure clear directions on way forward to optimize their effectiveness.
• Leverage on the latest Digital tools available to upgrade the quality of both consumer and retail experience.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate in Business Studies, Marketing, Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in FMCG.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Graduate in Business Studies or Social Sciences.
• Driving license with experience.
• Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).

Philip Morris International (PMI) is a leading international tobacco company working to deliver a smoke-free future and evolving its portfolio for the long term to include products outside of the tobacco and nicotine sector. The company’s current product portfolio primarily consists of cigarettes and smoke-free products.
