Job Duties:
Should have wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Working with Road Desgin department within the company to ensure that all departments are working towards the same goals.
- Managing projects from start to finish by setting deadlines and ensuring that teams are meeting those deadlines.
- Developing and implementing safety procedures for all employees on the job site.
- Supervise on the site, designing, and overseeing construction projects using engineering principles and methods of analysis.
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the project.
- Identifying problems in existing products or processes and proposing solutions.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in civil EngineerMinimum 10 years’ experience in highway design with thorough knowledge of Highway Design Software.Solid experience in UAE.Excellent command of Auto CAD and civil 3D.Ability to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software.Good written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project team.
