Danone MENA is looking for a talented P2P Manager based in Akbou, Algeria, like you!

Your responsibilities will include supplier management, purchase order processing, invoice verification, accounts payable, financial controls, and reporting. Your attention to detail and financial acumen contribute to the smooth operation of the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process within the organization.

The candidate will also have the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage general P2P activities in Algeria and the Middle East. Prepare and provide requested information to the P2P Manager Africa/ME.

• Organize and manage reported P2P teams.

• Control and manage P2P processes in DZ (Algeria) and ME (Middle East): T&E (Travel and Expense), invoices, and payments.

• Manage/be involved in various projects (local and global).

• Lead the activity on monthly P2P closings.

• Monitor P2P activities and KPIs (Goods Receipt pending invoices, workflow, Paid on Time, etc.).

• Perform "DanGo" controls in the P2P area.

• Ensure P2P follows standardization for improved efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education in Accounting and Finance.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Leadership skills.
