Job Scope:



lead the sales team via area managers and supervisors to implement the commercial policy for customers of the region.
Establish & maintain a strong relationship with the distributors to achieve the business targets.
Region : center SUD
Direct reports : 5
Reporting to the Head of CD and working with closely with CSP team.

Roles & Responsibilities



Achieve sales targtes, both quantitative and qualitative. Define the commercial adaptations necessary to optimize results. Monitor results and propose corrective actions when necessary. Define the operations to be carried out for customers in the region. Recruit, evaluate your team to bring them to the best level. Implement Unilever's commercial policy and plans based on information, studies and analyzes carried out in the region. Define the relevant procedures and ensure their application. Respect of distributors' credits. Compliance with Unilever’s promotion and rebate programs. Participate in defining the annual and monthly sales programs in the region. Set sales prospecting, distribution and merchandising objectives in their region for each element of your team. Adapt commercial policy to the region to make sure targets will be achieved. Analyzes results and prepares customer/product reviews in your region to optimize results. Be actively collecting and analyzing market data (wholesalers and retailers), competitors, products and environment via your team to provide reporting to the sales director. The RSM may need to assume other responsibilities temporarily as per the need.
