Job Scope



Manage all CSP operational aspects.

Roles & Responsibilities



1. Chanel Growth Strategy
· JTBD of each channel
· Assortment by channel / sub channel
· Promo strategy by channel by category based on learning from post-evaluation and deliver category objectives.
· Planogram by channel by category
2. Innovation
· Business Case, Forecast build up, Selling story …
· Landing & Follow up post launch
3. Target & Budget
· Coordinate with cross-functions to implement category plan across channels.
· Set & Own channel / category growth
· Set & Own TTS level per category to ensure optimize return on investment.
· Manage PE Trade Budget
4. Pricing & Promo mix
· Be the guardian of price respect between channels
· Lead monthly forecasting process, report and own Pricing & Promotions Mix
· Competitive Review
5. Execution
· Deploy strategically aligned commercial plan in Market
· Activations strategy per customer / channel
· Set permanent visibility plan
· KPI Definition & follow up (GT : ECO / BP / LPPC & MT OSA / NPD / SOS / SOF…)
· Retail Audit / Shopper insight analysis
· Sell in & sell out analysis to define Gaps, Risks & ops on the short term forecast
· JBP with Key customers / KDs
· Loyalty plan Design & Execution
· Month lading follow up
· Slobs at KDs / secondary near expiry & expiry
6. Key meetings to attend
o S&OP Meetings (Car, DPM, DSR)
o CBR
o Business waste Geodis
o Worm
o GT / MT Meeting
o DR Losses MT/ CS calls MT

Other requirements



o Trade visits frequency: 30% of time should be on trade or shopper visits
o Interactions within the business: Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions including CD, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
