General Orthopedic<br/><br/>Job Purpose<br/><br/>:<br/><br/>The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) is responsible for the business development plans for AMICO’s key customers and coordinating with the AMICO network in implementing the plans in all the locations where the Key Customers are present. The KAM is responsible for creating and maintaining strong relations with AMICO’s key customers and is AMICO’s single point of contact in the strategic relationship management with the Customers.<br/><br/>Qualifications - Minimum Requirements<br/><br/>Education
:
Bachelor degree in relevant field<br/><br/>Experience
:
5 years experience in a similar position handling KA(s)
Experience in successfully managing relations with multiple KA(s)<br/><br/>Competencies / Skills

Key Business Competencies: Commercial sense; Teamwork; Data analysis; Negotiations skills<br/><br/>Key Behavioral Competencies: Customer orientation; Tact; Communication and interpersonal skills; Relationship Building; Problem-solving<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/>Create and maintain close working relations with key accounts as assigned<br/><br/>Develop customer development plans and work with the AMICO network to execute them<br/><br/>Negotiate and agree the development plan with the customer including the commercial terms (price, discounts, marketing support, training support, etc.)<br/><br/>Classify key accounts according to volume and nature of business and other metrics<br/><br/>Regularly monitor and report on activity levels and satisfaction levels of key clients<br/><br/>Act as a single point of contact for discussions on strategic and commercial issues with the Customers<br/><br/>Promote a positive image of AMICO with all key clients<br/><br/>Coordinate internal AMICO operations in the service of key clients (ordering, delivery, installation, maintenance)<br/><br/>Act as a focal point internally for all key accounts related issues<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
