Position Summary

As community Manager, your role is to liaise with communities and the local government authorities in order to establish and maintain positive relationships.

A day in the life of...

  • Ensure Community Relations: stakeholders mappings, identification community concerns and expectation, implementation of Nestlé Waters tool (CRP 2.0), dialogue with factory neighbors and development project.
  • Identify gaps and address Access to drinking water initiatives.
  • Establish and maintains good communication between local communities and Nestlé Waters.
  • Engage in  the day-to-day communication and consultation activities on-the-ground between the factory and the public.
  • Provide factual information to local stakeholders about the factory operation and planned CSV activities.
  • Visit communities to liaise with community leaders, elders and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and carry out engagement with community leaders and other key stakeholders from time to time and support the implementation of the Community Relation Process (CRP) action plan.
  • Monitor and report potential risks to Nestlé Waters reputations.
  • Manage broader initiatives and stakeholder engagement, in order to protect and enhance the company reputation.

What will make you successful

  • Master's degree in Business administration or Social science.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in the social development sector.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Being resident of Blida and knowing the social and cultural context of the area is a big plus.
