Job Summary: responsible for the operation of the bar area, and the processing of all the beverage orders, following an exact recipes
Job Responsibilities:
- Follows the recipes specifications to maintain consistency in the prepared beverages
- Follows opening & closing procedures and checklists of bar
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitized working area and in all equipments
- Regularly performs stocks checks in the bar and places new orders
- Submits weekly reports of wastage and breakage to the head barista
- Adhere to restaurants rules and regulations and sequence of service
- Comply with health and safety standards
- Reports to the head barista
- Any other duties assigned by the restaurant manager
Skills
Job Qualifications:
- A highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in food and industry
- Excellent English communication skills are required along with a friendly and professional manner
- Customer-service oriented personality.
- Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in food and beverage industry
- Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Certification in Barista or Food & Beverages is not required but a plus
