The Position :-
- Monitor the quality and performance of sales representatives and their communications channels.
- Perform quality checks and audits of calls to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and high level of customer service.
- Identify and monitor trends and quality risks.
- Structure reports to reflect the quality of performance and ensure procedural standards have been properly and accurately adhered to.
The Requirements :-
- Fluent language skills in French and English , both written and verbal (B2 and above).
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google sheets.
- Being able to work well in a team is a must.
- Time management and ability to multitask.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance is an advantage but not required.
