Your Role
Ensure the corrective and preventive maintenance of plastic injection molds and the carrying out of various works concerning the repair flow of plastic injection molds.
Ensure the availability of molds and meet the requirements of the different departments in the factory and the requirements of the company's customers.
SKILLS :
• Check the correct condition and conformity of means and flow supplies, particularly tools and machines;
• Ensure execution of the preventive maintenance schedule for injection molds;
• Ensure corrective maintenance of molds;
• Ensure that mold technical files are constantly updated;
• Communicate and manage priorities with other departments on the condition of the molds in order to minimize or limit production stoppages as much as possible;
• Identify malfunctions in room equipment and apply corrective measures;
• Propose improvements in productivity, quality, safety, etc. and implement them;
• Check or complete daily reports and monitoring documents;
• Provide technical support to engineering, production, quality and maintenance services;
• Control the parts produced and provide Rework solutions if necessary;
• Participate in tool problem analysis and resolution meetings;
• Ensure the application of quality standards;
• Ensure the application of safety standards;
• Ensure the application of environmental procedures;
Your Background
Technician (Bac+2) preferably in tools or mechanical manufacturing methods. Or mechanical manufacturing
Good communication skills;
Mastery of languages: English, French;
Good knowledge of general-purpose mechanics;
Master’s degree in industrial design;
Good computer skills: Office automation (MS Office).
Desirable experience in mechanical manufacturing, preferably in the plastics or automotive industry.
