Job Requirements :• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering / Fine or Applied arts• 3+ years of experience in Architecture Engineering• experience in interior design and architecture.• Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.• Proficient in 2D/3D programs.• Coordinate preliminary interior design studies for major news and alterations to existing and site development.• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.• Visualize 3d renders using 3d max with crona plug-in.• Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs.• Excellent interpersonal skills• Proficiency in spoken and written English
