Assets & Inventory Supervisor

• Responsible for the physical cycle courting process and daily reconciliation of inventory to ensure product availability sufficient to meet customers’ scheduled deliveries
• Receiving of all orders verifying the good's conditions and classifications
• Wheelhouse management and store classification.
• Analyzing data and providing reports and analyses to management
• Reporting inventory issues
•  Assisting with research and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
• Develop control processes and policies to ensure its exactitude
• Work with external auditors to verify the records and compliance with procedures
• Organize with warehouse to dispose of obsolete and defective inventory
• Expedite shipments and ensure that inventory materials are on time to comply planner’s requirements for jobs in the plant
• Ensure the goods are protected and safe under appropriate clime conditions, security, and theft and without damage.

Qualifications for inventory supervisor

• Must have 5 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant inventory management experience in the manufacturing industry required or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in building inventory standard operating procedures, compliance and audit awareness required or equivalent experience
• Excellent computer skills in MS Excel
• Three years of experience, including one year in a supervisory role
• ISO 9000+ related experience preferred
