About This OpportunityWe are now looking for a Technical Product Owner to define and drive end-to-end development of the different Cloud Native Cognitive applications working with Ericsson R&D Global Teams. As part of your role, you will translate the given product strategy into actionable tasks and lead multi-functional agile teams to make sure that they are completing those requirements. The role requires individuals to demonstrate innovative cloud software development understanding and, at the same time demonstrate team leadership and excellent communication skills. We expect you to drive continuous evaluation and improvement of our processes & ways of working, and act with flexibility to find better solutions than yesterday.What You Will DoWe expect you to lead product & software development, to understand the product life cycle and, to have proficient knowledge about Software Development Life Cycle, and machine learning. You will need to be creative, innovative, and capable to lead others under tough time/budget/quality constraints. You'll:Drive product development, and support business decisions.Defining and prioritizing product requirements using customer feedback, business constraints, and market analysis.Translate products strategy & roadmap into software application specifications, low-level roadmap, and actionable tasks. Define & refine business requirements.Maintain, enrich, and prioritize the product backlog.Ensuring the backlog is visible, open, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next.Fine tune the roadmap & milestones based on bandwidth.Assign content & support multi-functional agile teams into their development.Coordinating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into a product vision and strategy.Working closely with the development team to ensure they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features that meet market needs.Accountable for product features development & release, hence responsible to understand product ecosystem inside-out, and to strategically guide the development.Identify dependencies, risks & mitigate conflicts/issues.Ensure way of working and process alignmentDefining and monitoring key performance indicators for the product.Facilitating the Scrum and Agile ceremonies.You will bringBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldValidated experience as a Product Owner or similar role leading software development.Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.Deep knowledge of cloud-native software technology, building highly scalable large-scale cloud-native applications. Network optimization & business operation is a plus.Extensive knowledge in AI & Machine Learning Algorithms.Business agility and skills for leading in uncertain times.Experience with Agile methodologies.Ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Analytical approach with a focus on data-driven decision making.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.High energy and ability to meet commitments.Fluent English is a must; written and spoken.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
