Role Overview:
We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our dynamic startup team. In this role, you will manage data, provide client support, maintain relationships with activity organizers, and handle day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Manually organize and input activity and partner data into our platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Client Support:Assist clients who sell tickets through our platform, providing excellent support and resolving issues promptly.
- Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with activity organizers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Operational Flexibility: Adapt to various day-to-day operational needs typical of a startup environment.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a startup’s fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in data entry and basic online tools.
- Experience in operations, client support, or admin roles is a plus.
