Main Job Scope:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the export distribution process outside NALI region, ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer service to our export markets. Your role will involve developing and implementing export strategies, optimizing distribution processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export strategies that align with customer requirements and business objectives. Ensure a smooth landing and implementations of Export SCR cycle Manage the relationship with export customers to ensure a collaborative atmosphere required to drive improvement processes related to service levels, cost efficiencies and loss reduction. Deliver transparency of the overall Supply situation in the Exports Markets and highlight any Supply Risks to support the Business Planning process. Develop and manage contingency plans relating to supply risks. Deliver needed service levels and ICDOT by addressing losses internally and externally Acting as the only point of contact with NALI export customers representing all functions in NALI SU's with customers. Deliver all export innovations on time in full efficiently according to agreed liquidation plans. Liaise with Supply Management and Finance to manage quarterly Transfer Price process. Support the S&OP process by driving a structured Demand and Supply Reconciliation Process. Lead overseas logistics process to deliver the shipments on time in full to customers and related communication needed with service providers and customers as well as internal stake holders. Manage logistics saving agenda.

Job Experiences & Qualifications required:

7+ years of experience in supply chain management Strong knowledge of export distribution processes, including order management, transportation, and inventory optimization. Proven leadership capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with export regulations, trade compliance, and industry best practices. Ability to lead change/transformation with positive impact. Willingness to travel as needed to support implementation and collaboration efforts across the region.
