As a Junior PDMS Engineer, you will play a vital role in implementing production data management solutions (PDMS) both within our premises (home office/office) and at client sites. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable products, solutions, and services to our customers. This role involves active collaboration with operations groups, addressing specific areas of expertise, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Implementation: Execute project solutions within designated premises or client sites, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, solutions, and services. Safety and Efficiency: Prioritize safety in all project activities and strive for operational efficiency, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports as needed, detailing project progress, outcomes, and any relevant findings. Consultation: Collaborate with operations groups to provide specialized support and expertise. Actively seek opportunities for improvement in product, solution, and service delivery. Continuous Improvement: Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in job design and execution. Implement lessons learned to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness. Technology Promotion: Actively participate in promoting new technologies and services offerings. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Client Support: Provide support to client operations as required, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Address client queries and concerns promptly. Lesson Application: Apply lessons learned from past experiences to improve job design and execution, contributing to the overall growth and enhancement of the engineering team.

The Individual

Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
