Job Summary :

• The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of Yobi’s products.
• This includes developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and working with developers to fix defects.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in QA, with a strong understanding of mobile and desktop applications.
• They will also be willing to learn and adopt new technologies, such as QA automation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training.
• Develop and implement a QA strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Manage the QA budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
• Hire and onboard new QA team members.
• Ensure the QA team is up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on QA activities and product quality.
• Requirements and skills :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficient in the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as English is the primary language for internal and external communications.
• Proven experience as a QA manager or a similar leadership role, with a strong understanding of mobile and desktop applications
• Experience with QA automation tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) Pipelines
