Lead and grow business with a specific customer or cluster of customers within a geographical area.

Cross horizontal ownership for Software defined networking from NOKIA-Nuage Networks, and the IP transport and core portfolio of Nokia.

Proven track record on successful selling to Financial Services, Global Accounts, Webscales, ISPs and Carriers.

Technical background on IP technologies.

Global experience in working internationally and cross-functional.


The Sales Engineer role will be the subject matter expert for the Assigned Region.  The person will need to have expertise and able to autonomously lead proof-of-concepts with major customers.  In addition, it is expected that he/she will actively promote the brand, develop new business opportunities and engage with key customers.  Business development activities should be develop and execute by this role with the support & guidance from HQ.


·  Outstanding communication & Negotiation skills.

·  Driving, working and orchestrating between virtual and extended team.

·  In-depth technical expertise and credibility with technologies such as SDN, network virtualization and datacenter operations

·  Thorough understanding of mobile transport solutions for 2G, 3G, 4G and evolution to 5G

·  Solid IP routing and/or MPLS background is a must

·  Lead hands-on Team for PoC

·  Extensive contacts within customers

·  Develop & execute a development plan for Nokia IP portfolio in the assigned region

·  Develop and manage to Strong funnel.

.  Customer Focused

.  Customer engagement to identify problems and build solutions based on Nokia solutions

.  Good Knowledge on Nokia IP portfolio

.  Promoting our solutions internally and externally

.  Excellent communication and presentation skills

.  Build offers whether it is standalone based on our IP portfolio only, or in cooperation with other Nokia Solutions
