Location Hydra, Algeria Job Purpose:



The Brand Manager will be primarily passionate about completing the Marketing strategy for the CVRM brands. The brand manager will be responsible for a wide variety of projects, including, but not limited to HCP and Patient Marketing, Convention Planning, Promotional Speaker Training, Sales Communications and Budget Management.

Key Areas of Responsibility:



Congress Planning –including creation of all promotional materials, coordination of meeting logistics, communications and post meeting follow up Development and execution of the Promotional Speaker Program, including speaker training, materials development, communications and follow up Build, drive and manage engagement and interactions with KEEs and partners in the CVRM community. Contribute to the development of marketing promotional materials aligned with brand strategy Lead or support internal submissions and reviews (medical/legal/regulatory) Participate in all brand planning and budget meetings and assist in development of brand planning deliverables Manage brand budget to ensure maximum ROI for investments, and that annual budgets are not exceeded Manage, contracts, MSAs, SOWs and POs for all vendors Support and build collaborative relationships with the CVRM matrix teams (sales, market access, sales operations, medical) Oversee efficiency of programs and initiatives including success supervising criteria and KPIs. Share successes and best practices Demonstrate and in-depth understanding of the market and competitive landscape and support the company in the identification of new market opportunities, in line with brand strategy Identify actionable brand insights that help craft brand strategy and direction Research trends, platforms, and experiences that can drive innovation and performance Accountable for ensuring brands meet or exceed annual revenue and unit forecasts

Minimum Criteria and Proficiencies:



Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience



Bachelor’s degree and more than 2 years pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience IS REQUIRED CVRM experience is a plus Validated skills in the following: brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, marketing program development, project management and execution, financial and budget management experience required Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet objectives Work independently, with a sense of urgency Demonstrated strong attention to detail Have outstanding, oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) Good English is a requirement
